He also provides extensive experience in all aspects of financial accounting and auditing standards.

During his 27 years in public practice, Erich has held several positions of leadership, including membership on the California Society of Certified Public Accountants' Principles and Auditing Standards Committee, Employee Benefit Plan Committee, and Nonprofit Committee, as well as president and board member of the Pasadena Sunrise Rotary Club.

Erich's professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Erich earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the California State University at Chico.
